If the product is damaged, send this video to Refund@84collection.com along with your order number. Our team will review your case and guide you through the return process.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, start by filing your exchange/store credit request at 84collection Returns by entering your order number and email ID. You will be guided on further steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
