We offer free shipping on orders within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries, which include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. For other locations, additional shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery times will display at checkout. What should I do if I receive a damaged product or the wrong size?
If you receive a damaged product or a product of the wrong size, please make a video of the unpacking process and showing the product. If the product is damaged, send this video to Refund@84collection.com along with your order number. Our team will review your case and guide you through the return process.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, start by filing your exchange/store credit request at 84collection Returns by entering your order number and email ID. You will be guided on further steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Are there any additional charges for international shipping?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import and clearance duties, as well as any brokerage fees and additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched by contacting info@84collection.com as soon as possible. All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 8 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the goods following our return procedures to process your refund.
